Dry blasted to clean then Vapour blasted
The quality of the metals

These aluminium pump castings items arrived tarnished.
Their customer wasn't happy with the finish.
We dry blasted them with fine glass bead.
Vapour blasting did not produce a better finish.
Kawasaki Stainless Exhaust
These had been acid dipped before they came to us.
Dry bead to even the finish. Vapour to polish.
Vapour blasting stainless steel is awesome.
Moto Morini cylinder head as it came in.
The parts were so dirty they blocked our filters on first pass.
Dry blasted with ally oxide and bead to even out the rough.
Vapour blasted to finish.
Ally radiator pipes.
customer wanted them stripping of paint
Strip the paint using Aluminium oxide.
This produces a rough surface and excellent key if painting.
Bead blastng the pipes after ally oxide produces in our opinion
the nicest quality finish on poor quality alloys
There is very little difference
between the dry bead and vapour blasting these alloys.

The whole part has been blasted with Ally oxide.

All sorts of things come in for a blast. These were black.
Customer wanted them returned to their original brass.
Mini suspension arms in for a blast.
These were on a par with the Moto Morini above!
Suzuki T350 heads.
Bring on the vapour blaster.
Citroen 2CV carburettor. These alloys are interesting.
They don't take vapour blasting well as it just ages them!
As well as proper bikes we also do
scooter bits like these Lambretta parts.
These have been stripped with bead
and vapour blasted ready for a thousand mirrors.
Dry bead blasting on wheel rims.
It gives such a good finish and is simply stunning.
